Community GuidelinesTo find the different plans, navigate to Settings, and then tap Accounts and backup. Tap Samsung Cloud, and then tap Storage plan. Swipe left or right to see the different plans.
You can purchase a 50GB plan for $0.99 a month, or a 200GB plan for $2.99 a month.
Note: Some carriers do not allow you to upgrade your storage.

Community GuidelinesYou can use Google photos to backup these stuff as Google gives unlimited cloud storage for images and videos of uploaded in optimal size.
You can also use Degoo to backup media files as it offers 100 GB free cloud storage and will increase 25 mb per day of you watch some adds.
