Community GuidelinesIts been more than 50 days since i reached out to Samsung but still i haven't got any resolution for my product.
Why Can't SAMUNG take ownership for its mistakes??
Here are my product details:
I purchased the Samsung refrigerator back in 2015 on 22nd June. Here are its details:
- Model: RT50H5809SL/TL
- Compressor: MSV162A-L1J SJ1
- Serial Number: 0BDW4ADG400871N
- Gross Volume: 496 Liters
- Storage Volume: 480 Liters
I purchased the extended warranty for 4 years from Samsung. Here are the details:
- Certificate Number: INK6698540P
- Extended Warranty Start Date: 22/06/2016
- Extended Warranty End Date: 21/06/2020
A duplicate sensor and a broken thermocol was found in my Samsung refrigerator.
After spending half a lakh amount on Samsung Refrigerator this what we got:
- Poor Quality
- Earthing Shocks(Because water coming out)
- Defective Equipment's
- Faulty Door
- Broken Bottle Stand
- Broken Ice Stand
- Duplicate Sensor
- No Customer Satisfaction
- Poor Experience
The duplicate part that was added and broken thermocol is having its effects. The whole refrigerator is filled with water. Vegetables are getting bad. Water is coming out of refrigerator.
Will you be responsible if we ever get caught with the electric shock???
It’s high time that you start taking ownership for your actions, until an accident happens.
Please STOP deceiving us with your faulty products and Please START taking ownership for your actions.
If I don’t get any resolution from you in the next one week, I will be posting a video of the refrigerator on all my social media handles and will reach out to consumer court, so that others doesn’t get trapped with your misleading marketing gimmicks you play around on social media.
Because of WE you are the leading Brand. Please don't take it for granted the power of Community
