very disappointed with samsung for forcing useless applications on customers

Hello samsung 
I have been a fan of samsung as brand for all electronic and mobile products.i have bought many samsung mobiles and other products for my family.i use to recommend samsung brand to everyone but now i have been very disappointed with samsung company. 

Reasons as follow.
1.samsung promoting Chinese applications on samsung galaxy app even though Indian government ban on this applications.

2.samsung force to keep preinstalled applications to customers which are not full or premium version and cannot be used if customers want to and asked to buy full version of applicaton eg.Ms excel and many other such apps.this apps eat up all phone memory and ultimately phone hangs.it become terrible to use hanging phone.i faced same issue in my all samsung phone.i cant free up phone memory.hence if you want to provide preinstall applications then provide full version or else dont.just for sake of your profit you trouble customers cheap way of making money. 

3.after few year samsung mobile camera become so bad its shows pixels when zoom to capture picture and hence spoil picture quality so if you dont want provide quality camera then dont provide so called such megapixels camera just for marketing purpose to fool customers. 

I have been samsung brand evangelists for so long that now i am disappointed to the core.

Expect much better customer service and better product experience from samsung. I hope samsung listen to customers like me.ultimately it will benefit Samsung if it do.

dear samsung support i have been fan of your brand for long and i always expect best from brand so please consider my input as feedback not as criticism.

i have mentioned 3 issues i have experienced in you mobile phone so i just gave my feedback in hope you recognize it and take it to your samsung higher authority .

major problem i face is low phone memory issue due to which i am unable to install much needed app on phone as applications like ms excel ,ms word and many app like that which are not full version so cannot be used properly and it occupy space in my phone and i can't uninstall them too and so if i want to install any full version application i cant install due to low phone memory.

we customers believe that if we buy your product trusting your brand spending thousands of our hard earned rupees then it should be our decision which applications we like to install or not.it should be our decision thats it
