Third class quality phone

Just purchased m31 but its build quality third class, 32mp front camera like VGA, 64mp camera like 5mp, making fool to customers by Samsung 17500/ paid for 6000/is phone third class policy no refund no return.

check your camera settings or improve your photography skills! You cannot say VGA and 5MP .

how did you install software? it's via mobile data or wifi? 🤔

now sir .... samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies A/B partition type...hence if someone simply update it using wifi and mobile data and by chance software loop hole came then it can create various types of issues in device... it's proper and recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or through samsung service center or install software via smart switch ... thatswhy i told it's may be software glitch present over software or your device is faulty from factory 😎😎😎

I recommend you to install software from service center once ..i think your issue will be solved
