My Momma died. I have never felt so alone. My little brother? He feels very angry. I have had 3 Samsung phones stolen in the past year and a half. He took 3 Google accounts; containing 30,000 Google Photos and videos of my kids and every picture I had of my mother. I can't blame him for feeling angry. I did at first too. My other devices have my pictures of my Mom. They are there in 'My Products' and giving me a 'Download' option. But that just sends me to a whole new place. Please, I need those downloads. Why can't I download them? And why does 'Find my Mobile' only offer to find the new one that I'm on now? And why can't I register this one because it says the IMEI doesn't exist? And why have I ALWAYS owned a Samsung and nothing else for over 10 years but they won't help me now!!??!!
