Samsung prioritises security over customization. So, they removed that option.This option is previously used for taking root of device, installing custom ROMs and testing. The first two uses if done, disables the warranty of the device and making the device less secure and prone to hackers. Maybe, Samsung will/won't bring this option again in future software updates 🤔.
