Bought a Samsung A30 2 weeks ago (6th April'2019) and it got a bend from one side. I went to Samsung Service Center and they said the phone has no Physical/Water damage by the company is still refusing to replace the phone or repair it. Samsung does not bother to provide a better customer service though it's their manufacturing fault. I am really pissed of visiting the service center again and again and they are asking me to pay for the new phone. Why should I pay? It's Samsung's manufacturing fault the cheap quality plastic used in the product **bleep**. The same thing happened with Lenovo and iPhone but they replaced all the existing phones free of cost but Samsung is completely denying this.

I can be reached at 9619048824 for further discussion and my bill no is: 4281085604

If I do not get the replacement for this then I will have to knock the door of consumer court.

Attaching the evidence for your reference. Also, the receipt by Samsung Service Center.1.jpg2.jpgWhatsApp Image 2019-04-19 at 6.05.20 PM.jpeg

They have to Replace it if the bend is due to manufacturing defect.

Can I please ask what was your outcome?? Did they eventually replace the phone?? My son is having the same issue with his A50, after 1 month the phone was so badly bent and he hasn't caused the issue, just happened automatically. Demanding a replacement now with Samsumg Customer Care in AUSTRALIA.
