I registered the complain but samsung service center not making replacement of my new tv they're just saying that get repaired . Why should I get repaired instead of replacement and for your knowledge my tv is in warranty period . # samsung poor management to satisfy it customer. # I'm old user of samsung # I had second samsung tv running more than 7 years without and issue

The service center telling 🙄 that they will change parts of my tv 📺, I just said them to replace this tv and I need new one because originality of tv will end once it open ,
I buyed the tv because samsung satisfied their customer but acting foolish, do you buy a device which is broken 🤔 tell me

Even I am facing similar issue and company is replacing screen. This is so low quality product and service from Samsung. Why is company not replacing defective product with good quality product..
