Hi, I had recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A31, with a software update my issues started. But after following the instructions given by Samsung Customer Service things became okay.
Today when I was optimising my phone battery, the phone switched off on it's own. From the day I've got this I've been having troubles like this. Please help me solve them.
