I am a note10plus user and im not getting updates from last 3 months

I have bought note10 plus in samsung sure loan and i m not getting any sercurity updates and latest updates from last 3 months. Why the hell is happening and their is not update till now and i need you to find the solution as asap. What is the use of buying a premium mobile of worth 80k? Revert my solution asap

Weirdly Samsung Finance+ is the admin of the device. You need to enquire from where you had got the mobile why they had implemented the system administrator as their own. As far as I know no oem can forcefully turn on the device administrator unless you are in a contract

I just understood what happened.
The administrator permission grants the admin to block the mobile when any emi is lapsed. However this admin permission can be withdrawn whenever a mobile is factory resetted, new software is flashed, or new patch is installed. Similarly you may not be able to install apps which may require to grant you admin permission.

You could demand your merchant to remove this administrator when your emis are over. I know its weird but that's what i read in the policy of Samsung Sure EMI

every other companies giving an emi but never mobile is restricted, i feel useless of buying worth of 80k mobile now in this loan😅

Ya, I even heard it for the first time😅
But because this emi is purely given to you by your credit score and aadhar details and not on behalf of any bank account or card which you hold. So maybe for security reasons.

It's not about the fees. The EMI company had amended device administrator so as the device is not stolen as there is no collateral security unlike other bank emi. And the device administrator has restricted so as not to remove the administrator which can be removed via
flashing
factory reset
and ota patches
