I am a note10plus user and im not getting updates from last 3 months

I have bought note10 plus in samsung sure loan and i m not getting any sercurity updates and latest updates from last 3 months. Why the hell is happening and their is not update till now and i need you to find the solution as asap. What is the use of buying a premium mobile of worth 80k? Revert my solution asap

Two things you can do- 

1)If you have a PC then install Smart Switch in it and then check for updates in it.

2)Visit service center they will update your phone software to latest version.

If you have purchased phone from another country then this issue can occur.

Also rooting a phone can mess with updates.

No actually this phone was bought with samsung sure loan so they are controlling my device i think but i paid my emis on time i still dont know y i m facing this issues

Just try if it works
Go to settings
In the search menu search for software update
Click on software update (One with *App Info*)
Click on storage
click on clear cache

FACTORY Resetting would solve the problem. Before that try the steps.

Can you check if any administrator is active in device administrator?
