HOW DO I INCREASE THIS?

Hey samsung users. In the community level section, there are 3 bars which are needed to fill in order to level up. The bottom two are filled here(idk how). But the top one isn't filling🙃.

I have tried posting and commenting but after a day of commenting and a couple of posts, it barely increased. Am I doing something wrong?🥲 Please help

Dont check immediately do after few mins reopen the app.... and with each level it need more num of posts and comments to fill same space in the bar
