Community GuidelinesI had the same issue on S23 U couple months back. I had to call, email and chat a lot to get my screen replaced. Once I got my phone back from service center my SPen is damaged.

Community GuidelinesHow you take it forward from here and talk to them it's up to you
What i did was. I started with a call to customer support and asked directly for a free screen replacement to which they said "Your phone ia out of warranty, you need to pay"(This back and forth went for a while). So realising there was no point I asked him to connect me to the supervisor to which he kept me on hold and said he is not picking the call and said he would have him call me in 30 mins. The call never came. I waited till 8PM. Then I contacted via WhatsApp chat, to which again I got same "out of warranty" response. After back and forth I asked him to escalate the matter and wanted to talk to the supervisor. It was the same answers all the way "out of warranty". Again after back and forth chats finally he agreed to escalate the matter. He gave me a reference number and said I would receive a call within 48 hours to which I did. Someone from Head Office called and I explained my concern and asked for free replacement. She said she would get back to me in couple days. She called me the next day and said the screen would be replaced for free at the cost of labor charge
