Galaxy A52 call issues

Daily facing Network issue...

 1 .Internet connectivity is not continuous in 4G

 2. Someone try to callme but I'm not reachable most of the time..

 My last update 

 Android 11

 One UI 3.1

 Security level 1 sep 2021

 Please provide a solution to fix this issue
