Android 10 update

I use a galaxy a7 (march) I should have received an update under the phone's software update tab, however I haven't and it is still running android 9 with 1ui.

Could someone tell me aren't I getting the update ?

If there is no update pending then may be there is no update for your device now.

Thank you for replying, I understand but the Samsung update website says that the update for my device has been out in India since may and yet I haven't received one.

Then visit the service center. May be there is something problem in your device.
