Dear Samsung team,
After update 6.1.1 i used {open} the Maximum Restriction Mode ON May be it's good for the mobile BUT whenever I m sending a photo or file in WhatsApp it's not going as it is it's going BIN File that file won't open in other mobile, 
Kindly check and do the needful.

Kindly reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

When you turn on maximum restrictions, it turns on high security on pictures and sharing too. It converts jpg/jpeg file into binary file to keep it secure, if someone share pictures from your phone to others they will receive bin file. For now there is no option available to turn it off except the whole maximum security to be turned off.

Yeah I did the same, but once again turn on Maximum Restriction I don't do.
Something Samsung team should do,

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Disable Auto Blocker: Settings> Security and Privacy> Auto Blocker> Then turn it Off.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
