My dear nothing is resolves this issue after restart check it. This hot issue occurred mostly in all Samsung Galaxy Devices from a long time .So please don't bothered about this hot issue. Please wait and watch for fix it by Google and Samsung both. Thanks.

same here i reset the phone after update and then i didn't get Google play system update still stuck in july,what to do
