Bixby Time period routines not triggered

I have setup 2 time period routines with charging triggers in Bixby Routines on my Galaxy Z Flip 4. Even when both conditions are satisfied the routines are not triggerred. 

For e.g i have setup a routine for turning on fast charging and always on display if a charger is plugged in from 8am to 11.59pm. (Screenshot 1)

But the routine is not triggered. (Screenshot 2)

Unfortunately it didnt work even tonight. However I did setup another routine based on the sleep detection as a workaround and it did work beautifully!

Hmm, give it a try using it's 25w charger.

I have ordered it and will receive it on this Friday.. hopefully it works or else i might have try it after a reset

I'm having a gut feeling that it will work.

I just received the 25W charger today and still it was not working. Had to reset the phone (had other reasons too) and it started working properly now since indidnt use smarswitch to restore this time.
