Bixby Time period routines not triggered

I have setup 2 time period routines with charging triggers in Bixby Routines on my Galaxy Z Flip 4. Even when both conditions are satisfied the routines are not triggerred. 

For e.g i have setup a routine for turning on fast charging and always on display if a charger is plugged in from 8am to 11.59pm. (Screenshot 1)

But the routine is not triggered. (Screenshot 2)

You tried deleting this, and setup a new similar routine, as well?

Yes.. this is the 2nd time i have set this routine and tried to plug in during the specified time period. Still no trigger.

I've set the same, working fine.
Try deleting that time routine from SS1 1st.

Ok.. i tried that and its still not working. But there is something wrong with the charging trigger. I think it might be because i am using the charging cable through my laptop? Does it make a difference? And in any case i want it to work only during the time period. There is a separate routine for charging at night which i prefer.

Yes the power supply frm laptop USB port is always slow/less. Also double check it with a power brick by changing time limit to see if it works.👍🏼

I tried with a charger brick and still the routine didnt trigger. It showed fast charging though.

Is there any routine conflicting with this one? I've never tried this time limited charging tho. But I've setup my own charging routine which doesn't depend on charging speed. I've seen some conditions not triggering using routine not long ago, so it might be a Routines issue too🤔

Not conflicting routines. I have these ones. The charging during night also doesnt work.
