Hi, I bought a Samsung S25 device on March 15, 2025, through Flipkart. I received the mobile device and charging cable upon delivery. I found that the charging cable was not working properly. I bought a 25W adapter via Amazon. Charging is not fast, and it takes a long time to reach a full charge. My question is: can I get the charging cable replaced under warranty at the nearest Samsung store, since it has been 50 days since I bought the phone? Can anyone help me with this?

Go to settings and then tap in battery and ON the fast charging option . And charging cable can be replace under warranty period visit Samsung warranty website.

Hey,

I visited the nearest Samsung service center. They diagnosed the issue and said they would order a new charger cable and let me know the status after two days. However, I haven't received a service order ID via email or phone number. How can I track this?
