Lockscreen doesn't turn on when  there is incoming  notification please  atlst tell me where it is phone issue or software  bug...is it for m series or all samsung device .please tell.me

Since 28th may I bought the phone ND it's like this .I tried to samsung tech support but dey won't give me any answers
