I m using s21fe..whenever I try to command Bixby to find my device ..it get stuck.nd I get a msg "I ran into a problem "

I m using m42 .In this device neither of the security system works.i m so frustrated with it .when I put fingerprint .it doesn't recognize ND the same is with face too.wat to do?

Who all are using m425g?

Lockscreen doesn't turn on when  there is incoming  notification please  atlst tell me where it is phone issue or software  bug...is it for m series or all samsung device .please tell.me
