Issue with samsung products display quality

Have been long time samsung user, It's almost 11 years now and am just 25. This will be my last dance with samsung. Past 3 years quality of their products have dipped drastically, especially their display hardware quality and software pushes.
This is the 3rd time in past 1 year for me that a samsung devices display have gone bonks after software updates, this is beyond pathetic!

1st time I had this issue they said this was a one off and no other occurrence across devices, this was from senior level service head. Trusted them and switched to flagship and now am regretting it more than anything. I should have taken this call back then itself.

Not too long ago, was planning to pre-order the new watch 8 and 3 days later my old one's display went bonks after update.

Am happy this had happened rather than after getting the new one and spending more on the old one.

SAMSUNG! You've lost a loyal one. Am sure you'll be losing many in the future.

I thought this was just me and had this posted on a community and boom almost a dozen other people had the same issue. We should do something about this, you guys should be held accountable.

Anytime someone asks for me advice on gadgets, it'll be a no go for you guys.

For the folks here, better move on to some other brands before getting screwed and losing your peace of mind.
