I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and annoyance over the latest software upgrade that caused major display issues, including vertical white lines across the screen, on my Samsung Galaxy A71 phone.

 

I also tried to escalate my complaint by getting in touch with your customer service, but they said they had to decline my request for a cost-free service. As a customer, I think it is unfair to be punished for a problem that the software upgrade caused and not because of any mistake on my part.

 

I request Samsung to change its viewpoint and offer a free service to address this issue. I initially chose your brand because I have always valued Samsung products' high quality and dependability. I sincerely hope that Samsung will uphold its dedication to customer happiness and quickly fix this issue.

 

Please be aware that this problem has negatively impacted the connection with Samsung as a whole, and I desire to see it resolved in a way that preserves the integrity and reputation of the company.

 

I humbly ask for a response as soon as possible so that I can take care of this situation right now. I appreciate your consideration of this complaint.
