Facing mobile data issue after ui6 update on my s22ultra device

Not able to turn on the mobile data and flight mode option is just stuck

Please fix this issue
 Contacted the customer support and they don't even know what they are doing

I didn't spend this much money to face this

As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue:

Reset settings:
Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.
Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default
Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default.

Factory data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Even I am.facing the same issue. I have done all the troubleshooting mentioned by you and the problem persists. Further my sim.card is working on other devices and I also inserted the sim card of my son's phone in Samsung s22 that too is working fine. But my sim.card is facing the issue in S22.
