Functions not available on j4+ phones

So i have a j4+ phone at home which i use but the power button is loose i checked on google for things like double tap to open and swipe to take screenshots but when i check on my settings i don't have those options. Why is that??? Didn't you created all phones with the same settings or is it that my phone is old?? Because for other people with j4+ they have those functions so why not my phone??

Maybe you're on an older software version than them. Is there a difference in terms of visuals in their settings and yours?
