Samsung,I really need your help please.I broke my old screen, the screen protector and the screen under it.After going for repairs,when I tried to put in my finger print it did not work as it said that finger callibration is needed.I have googled and search but nothing has really applied to my situation.When I contacted on customer service I don't know if it went through but there was no reply.Please let me know what I need to do to get my fingerprint back.
Your fingerprint sensor could be damaged or the people that repaired the screen messed it up, i suggest going to a samsung store for help or going back to that repair store
