To us who haven't received Android 12 is because it probably isn't stable for our devices. Other people has the update but is experiencing problems with the update. So don't rush it because they are probably still fixing the update.
It does have bugs here and there, After a few months of installing it, My phone takes time to restart as compared to when it was running on Android 11.
