Has anyone received One Ui 5.1 update for samsung A73 5G?

After updating my A50 for #Android 10 from sammobiles.com it #stucks in charging sometimes it cannot charge higher then 75% and sometimes at 84% I did Everything but its still not charging. It also heats upHere are detailed snapshots

I have A50 mobile but I have never recived any update Since I bought this mobile My security update is also form 1 february 2019 what could be the reason? What should I do?
