Afte upgrading one Ui 3 in my Galaxy A20 it damaged my screen. After 15 days of upgrading it turned into pink colour. Then the next day a black dot appeared on the screen. Now it englofted my whole screen. Who will provide me the losses? **bleep** ...

But without any Accidental Damage, How could a display become dark or black?? Now I need to replacement with a new display costs tk 4000 and they will also add more service charges.
