Kya kisi ny samsing service center visit kiya ha for fingerprint issue of a16 agr kiya ha to repair pr kitny pesy lgy?

After only a year the fingerprint sensor stopped working for most of a16 phones. A lot of users complaining here. And samsung support is silent.

I was hoping update would fix the fingerprint sensor issue but even after august update and google play system update and multiple restarts. The fingerprint issue is still present. Is it a hardware issue now?

When will a update come to fix fingerprint sensor it is hard to use the phone without it. Please send an update ASAP

What's the issue here daily it stops responding now? Have to restart the phone to make it work again but today even after restarting it is not working. Poor quality samsung
