Check any local shop for OLed screen it will cost you around 8 to 9K. and the service center will charge you 22 to 24k, including gst and other charges.
Remove the tempered glass it will start working again.And for s22 ultra, it's depend how you are handling your phone, I have never used tempered glass since note 9.
