I js got the one ui 7 update before my friends s24 ultra in the middle eastern reregion

we've been waiting a whole where, where the actual hell is the **bleep** update, its been a whole year since we've been waiting for the one ui7, did samsung actually mean 7 years of software update or did they mean wait 7 years for an update?

When will the z flip 5 get one ui7? Is it coming with the s24 series? Uae btw
