I got the z fold 3 in promotion period but when i try to redeem from samsung shop says not eligible , anyone have idea ? Talk to customer care but they don't have any idea ,they so immature and unprofessionlal .
same me too and in Facebook calls too, temporarily fix is you should restart the phone and don't touch volume button, like max all the volumes and than restart it
