Reset Homescreen settings switch to default theme and check if it persists.

Chrome crashed for me uninstalled and installed again it works fine after that.

Select all ipl teams , then toggle on personalization and web activity which is mentioned in blue fine print and then toggle off and on lockscreen notifications. Restart ur phone. That's how it worked for me
