I don't think this is happening. In my case i saw it was on. I am using my phone, wifi is connected throughout and suddenly for 2nd sim wifi calling toggle was in off. Nothing changed related to wifi, atleast i haven't done it.
I am also waiting to update to oneui8 on my s25 ultra. People reported issue initially, so don't want to rush as main issue is battery back-up, which is not good in onui7 itslef
