please let us know when we will get OS update for a8+ and j7...which I brought recently....else I have planned to handover my mobiles to Samsung for sure...in my previous post I see lot of bugs but no solution provided yet..

last 2 weeks b4 I bought a8+ 2018 model...I face many issues..maybe bug.. team need to clarify all the below..1. I am keeping 50% of media volume but output is too low..If I keep 25% no volume output.2. If I insert my head phone and try to set/select...
