Hello after One UI 7 is the most old version that samsung ever realesed some people who are all installed One UI7 in the new samsung device had facing the same problem like how you are facing it
Bro all you have to do is Factory reset the device and once your done then set your phone and use it again if it's not working then contact samsung support
