Its has been two weeks since j7 nxt has got oreo update in india but still no sign of update in nepal. When will update be available in nepal??

when I tried to download any app from playstore it just says download pending even though I had good network connection. playstore is not starting to download app!!!

There is charging issue on my j7 nxt. It doesn't get fully charged. After 90%-93% my phone starts discharging even if it is connected to charger.

my j7 nxt a lot time to charge even up to 90% and after90% it wouldnt charge even though i left it charging for 1 hr it will show 90%. it takes more than 5 minutes just to raise 1% battery level after 80%.

why there is no trusted face option in smart lock on my j7 nxt
