I use samsung 30s.but when my disply automatically off after 15 second,i double tap to screen for disply on but every time come home page.but if i use side bottom, it come destination display. What happen that?

I use Samsung a30s.i use camera apps and charge decrease 1%but my phone battery show 97% charge(when capture).why automatically decrease battery percentage?Is it normal sir?
