Please allow to create Folders in Secure Folder and set the App order by user choice. Currently cant create folder or arrange App position by user choice

Dear Samsung why did you release apps based on country? You have official operation in Bangladesh but cant download apps like Goodlock! Did we paid less to buy handsets then those country which has these apps?
