I have the same kind of issue in m30s.I used trick that resolves issue almost 90 %. Go device care in mobile settings, then click on memory, and optimes your phone. its works for me.check n reply if it works for u

its month of enroll is Apr 2020 bro.

it's an issue in mobile due to lack of dedicated sensor. this can't be resolved buddy, you have to control it manually.

android 10 will be updated in Apr2020
