i also have the same problem, phone connects to wifi without internet...once i reset network settings it works. but the problem appear again within few days.

This problem often created by add blocker dns. please select Private DNS to automatic mode from settins-connections-more connection settings and private dns

I have found solution. Go to settings, connection, more connection settings private DNS and select automatic. I was using an add blocker dns so vowifi for Jio was getting disabled automatically

Exactly same problem I have with jio wifi calling in m30s. Airtel wifi calling works fine. but jio vowifi gets disabled after 5 second.
