Guys is j7 max eligible for pie update??

At first there was an issue with my speaker! Suddenly my speaker was nt working but my earphones  was working and ive installed an app and after that my headphones are not detecting but speaker is working! Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

we (j7maxusers) got update and all the issues got fixed now.. phone is smooth nw

its a worst phone because it have a major issue of a annoying notification- unauthorised actions have been detecd i have this issue since the day one
