Faint horizontal flickering lines on display whenever touch is registered.

As mentioned above there are faint horizontal flickwring lines on my s21 fe and its only been 2 months since I bought it.When I took it to the service centre to claim warranty,I was told there are no lines and got sent away.Amy idea about what to do?
