Since starting in my s23fe I have been using navigation gesture but recently they have automatically not working only gesture keys are working any body have any problem or solution

Whenever I am on a WhatsApp call on my Samsung mobile and if I want to make a voice call to someone, neither I nor the other person can hear the voice, whereas if someone makes a voice call to me, we can talk comfortably.
