Just checked and I received the same for Galaxy watch 4 as well and yes it is working in India. At last after 4 years of introducing ecg and BP, it is working at last
Please let us know when ECG and BP topic will be taken and when it will be enabled in India. Again don't say govt didn't approve it, has it has approved for so many other wearables in India.
