Samsung has roll out version 10 on India 11th March on galaxy M40. Why they don’t roll out the same version in Bangladesh? It's been almost 2 months!

Some users face camera problem and over hitting issue. HDR in camera section isn't working properly after update. But Samsung has already announced that they'll scroll out an update soon to fix it. ..
