I switched to physical sim

I can't reset my phone cz I don't have laptop for now . And all the options I tried just didn't reset my phone . As the data are more important. Also need the sim to be activated. Service center are also suggested reset but I can't do right now

If you have QR code of your sim then you don't have to

I'm having issues after restarting the mobile esim stops working and also I can't remove or add esim after that
