done with removing all network from watch. when tried to add manually, it says check phone to proceed with settings. and after setting it through phone results remains the same.
Thank you Abhishek. when I go to mobile network settings in my watch it says registered on Jio Network. but still I am not able to make/receive calls when I am away from the phone.
